At Live in Pai we assist you in putting together a professional lease agreement to rent either land or house in the short term (up to ten years) or put together a lease for a renewable 30 year period.

In the case of the later this lease is akin to buying the property and we will always advise you to place your property under the control of a Thai Juristic Company first because we know that this structure is better able to protect your investment over long periods of time.

For shorter term leases greater than 3 years we will also assist you in having the lease registered at the Pai land department. This means that a form of Lien is placed on the back of the property land title ensuring your right to utilize the property for the duration of your lease.

All that I require to put together a suitable lease document for you is a copy of your passport with valid visa inside, the Chanote or Nor Sor Sam (Land Title Papers) of the property owner and the property owners But Pachashon (ID Card).
